  • 1 avocado (sliced thin, or mashed)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 4 lettuce leaves or spinach
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices bread (whole grain sprouted is lenten) (toasted)

This is a great substitute for BLT's during lent or any other time!
Simply put avocado, tomatoe slices and lettuce on your toasted bread. You may add hummus for extra flavor! DELICIOUS!
