   Apple Cake

Makes 1 bundt 

Ingredients
-----------
4  large apples (peeled and sliced)
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup oil
4 eggs (unbeaten)
1/3  cup orange juice
brown sugar, for sprinkling


Instructions
------------
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bundt pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. In separate bowl,
mix apples, brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
In large bowl combine the remaining ingredients. 
Layer the batter and the apples in the pan, starting with the batter.
Bake for 1 3/4 hr.. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 min. before removing from the
pan.
