   Chocolate Frosting

Makes 1 cups 

Ingredients

1/2 cup Vegan Margarine (Earth Balance or Smart Balance are favorites. Don't use light.)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 2/3 cups Confectioner's Sugar
1/4  cup water or soy/rice milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


Instructions
------------
Beat margarine on medium speed in large mixer bowl until softened, about 1 minute.  Add
remaining ingredients.  Beat on low speed until moistened, then medium speed until
creamy.
