Cranberry Salad

Serves 4-6

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries (ground in a food processor)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 2 bananas (diced)

Let the cranberries and sugar sit overnight. Add remaining ingredients 1/2 hour before serving
