Cutlieti

Serves 6

  • 3 pounds ground beef, chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 large onions
  • vegetable oil, for frying

Fry the onions in oil until lightly browned. Combine the onion with the other ingredients and mix well.

Form the mixture into patties and fry over medium/low heat, so that they cook through, but are not heavily browned.
