- 4 lbs Frozen Chicken Wings
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Blue Chees Dressing
- 6 Stalks celery, cut to 3 inch lengths
Set oven to 425 degrees
Place frozen chicken wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt & Garlic poweder. Toss to coat.
Place frozen chicken wings in large baking dish.
Cook in oven for 45 to 55 minutes. Drummette should run clear when poked with fork.
Removed wings from baking dish and transfer to baking sheet. (a sheet of parchment paper makes clean up easy.
Switch oven to broil (high if settings allow) and broil for 5 to 7 minutes (on center rack) until wings begin to turn golden. Remove sheet from oven and flip wings over. Place back in oven for additional 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit for a few moments to cool.
Place wings in Clean mixing bowl and add hot sauce. Flip to coat.
Serve with Blue cheese and celery
