Lenten Egg Substitute

Makes 1 Egg

  • 2 tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

You can mix these ingredients together or just count them as additions to your other wet/dry ingredients.

This recipe equals one egg. It works well in everything from muffins to cakes. The only thing it will not work with is brownies.
