- 4 fillets of flounder
- 1 onion (minced)
- 1 green pepper (minced)
- 6 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. cream
- 1 tbsp. butter
Cook onion and pepper in butter until soft. Add tomato and simmer for 10 min. Make a paste with cream and flour. stir into the sauce and cook a bit, if too dry add a little tomato juice. Bring to a boil. Put the fillets on top and cook for 10 min.
