- 5 tbsp. Cider or wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 cups cooked and drained pasta
- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup parsley and pimentos (chopped)
Mix vinegar, salt, oregano and oil in bowl. Add pasta,parsley and pimento. Toss to coat well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Season generously with pepper.
