- 4 ripe black avocados
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce (optional)
Mash avocados well. Press garlic and add to avocados with the remaining ingredients. If guacamole will not be used immediately, cover with plastic wrap placed right on the surface to keep it from oxidizing and refrigerate.
