- 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 3 tbsp. tahini
- 1/4 cup water (plus an additional 4 Tablespoons, or as needed)
Blend the ingredients thoroughly in a food processor. Serve as a dip for chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
