Madras Stir-fry

Serves 5-6

  • madras sauce, jar ( )
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 8 oz. Button mushrooms
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil


Heat oil in wok then throw in cut up vegetables, After they are cooked add Madras Sauce and cook for a couple mins. Serve with rice and a fruit such as mango or cantaloupe.
