*** This recipe is online at http://orthodoxkitchen.com/recipes/marinated-vegetable-salad/ *** =============================== Marinated Vegetable Salad =============================== Serves 8 Ingredients ----------- 1 1/3 cups canola oil 2/3 cup red wine vinegar 2 tsp honey 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp oregano 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 7 oz can black olives 1 cup radishes (sliced) 1 bunch broccoli (chopped) 1 head cauliflower (chopped) 1 10 oz package frozen green peas 2 cups shredded mozzarella 1 small bunch green onions (chopped) 8 oz fresh mushrooms (sliced) Instructions ------------ Mix the oil, vinegar, honey and spices in a large bowl and toss with the broccoli and cauliflower. Refrigerate overnight. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well, at least four hours before serving.
