- 1 1/3 cups canola oil
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 7 oz can black olives
- 1 cup radishes (sliced)
- 1 bunch broccoli (chopped)
- 1 head cauliflower (chopped)
- 1 10 oz package frozen green peas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 small bunch green onions (chopped)
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms (sliced)
Mix the oil, vinegar, honey and spices in a large bowl and toss with the broccoli and cauliflower. Refrigerate overnight. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well, at least four hours before serving.
