- 2 lbs. White navy or baby lima
- 2 quarts boiling water
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 dash tobassco
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
Add beans to boiling water; boil 2 min. Remove from heat and let soak 1 hour. Drain
Combine rest of ingredients and mix with beans in baking dish. Cover the beans with boiling water. Cover dish and bake for 6 hours at 300. Add water if needed while baking.
