Peanut Butter Smoothies

Makes 1 large smoothie

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 - 2 large spoonfuls of peanut butter
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. cocoa powder (optional)
  • sugar, to taste (optional)

Combine the soymilk, peanut butter, banana and cocoa powder (if desired) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add sweetener if desired.

Makes one very large smoothie or two smaller ones. A good protein boost.
