- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 cups pecans (finely chopped)
- confectioner's sugar, to coat
Cream butter and sugar.Add flour and pecans and mix well.
Using 1 Tbs. of dough per cookie, shape into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 for 45 min.
Put some conf. sugar in bag. While they are still hot, put a few cookies at a time in the bag and coat them with sugar.
