   Pineapple Pie

Makes 1 9" pie 

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/3 cups crushed pineapple (#2 can)


Instructions
------------
Cook all ingredients together until thickened and clear, stir constantly. Add 1 Tbs of
butter and 1 Tbs of lemon juice.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 25-30 min at 425.
