- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/3 cups crushed pineapple (#2 can)
Cook all ingredients together until thickened and clear, stir constantly. Add 1 Tbs of butter and 1 Tbs of lemon juice.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 25-30 min at 425.
