   Piroshki meat filling

Serves 4 

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. beef and pork (or whatever ground meat you prefer)
1 large onion (chopped)
salt, to taste


Instructions
------------
Saute onion until lightly browned. Add meat: cook, but do not brown. Drain and put
through grinder or food processor.
