Piroshki meat filling

Serves 4

  • 1 1/2 lbs. beef and pork (or whatever ground meat you prefer)
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • salt, to taste

Saute onion until lightly browned. Add meat: cook, but do not brown. Drain and put through grinder or food processor.
