Pot Roast

Serves 4-6

  • 2 lbs. pot roast
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • galic powder, to taste

Preheat oven to 400.
Place roast in deep pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over top of roast. Add 1-2 Tbs. vinegar and 1/4 c red wine. Cut 2-3 medium onions in large pieces and place around roast. Cover and put in oven for 2 hr. or until tender.
