Anna's

Quiche

Serves 4-6

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Gound Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits (optional)
  • 2 Pie Crusts, uncooked (Frozen crusts work great.)
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Spinach (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. Cream Cheese (separated into small pieces)

Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add cream cheese, meat, and vegetables of choice to uncooked pie crust. Pour egg mixture over top, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
May serve warm or chilled. Great for breakfast or brunch.
