- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 orange bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 14.5 oz can Organic diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. dried red chili pepper flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 9 oz. spaghetti
Meanwhile heat oil in saucepan, add onion cook for 5 mins and then add bell peppers, cook another 5 mins.
Pour in Tomatoes, garlic,chili pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Cook on med-low for about 15 mins.
Add drained spaghetti, mix and serve.
