Toss them with the olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, stirring once or twice, until they are golden brown and very crunchy. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder, if desired. These make a nice fasting treat, and are higher in protein than chips or popcorn!
