- 4 cups Pre-Cooked White Rice
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
In a saucepan, mix milk and rice and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add eggs and mix briskly until thick, 3-5 minutes. Add spices. Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate. May serve warm or chilled.
