   `Sponge Cake

Makes 1 10" cake 

Ingredients

5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla


Instructions
------------
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix flour and baking powder together, then slowly blend
into the egg mixture along with the vanilla.
Bake in ungreased 10" tube pan in 350 oven for 30-35 min or until toothpick comes out
clean.
Cool completely in pan before removing.
